That was a great comeback. Nice to see the team bounce back after 2 disappointing losses and being down 13.

Over the past two seasons Deng has developed into a genuinely clutch player. He basically carried this team in the fourth.

Noah was huge as well down the stretch defensively.

Great win.

Hamilton defense and scoring was one of the reasons we cut the difference so easily in the 3rd. Nice to see him playing like this for 10 minutes.

We clinch home court advantage for the first two playoff rounds today.

The first round yes. But Indiana needs to lose 1 game until we have the semi's HCA locked up. Reason being, Indiana has played less games, despite the "magic number" formula pointing out that they have done as you said.

Yes you are right. I didn't count the one less game Indiana has played.
We need one or two more W to lock up the semi's HCA.

It's amazing that with a 2-8 record in the last 10 games of a 66 game season the Bulls will have the #2 seed in the East with Rose out for 1/3 of the season.

Our only goals until the end of the regular season is to get the #1 seed and to keep players healthy and fresh for the playoffs. Thibs must give players like Deng,Noah and Boozer some rest in the games against DET,WAS,CHA and CLE.

Our last regular season game is at 26 April and we have a playoff game at 28 April. The team with the more fresh legs will have a huge advantage IMO.

Deng has been the glue and rock that has done a little bit of everything that we need time and time again.

Back on espn bulls messageboards about 2 and a half years ago when everyone (including myself) counted him out, You (Goblue) were the one telling everyone not to give up on Deng and why.
Thanks for helping me see the light back then, and I have been a Deng believer ever since.
You were right and I was wrong I must admit.
He's more than earned my respect.
I don't know where the Bulls would be without Deng..He's that important to the team and he is earning his salary now a days.

The only thing that upsets me alittle is that management keeps bringing in all these guards when we sorely need a true backup for Deng so he doesn't have to play 45 minutes a night until he has to put a suit on and sit next to Rose........

Go Bulls

P.S, when the hell are you going to get Lechero from Espn to post here too?
I need a good laugh. Don't forget to bring Stratmaster as well. We could use a good psychologist on CCS for some of the loonys.........You know what I'm talking about, Lmao.

Thats why there may be no rest for the heavy minute players such as Deng until the last 3 games of the year. Miami is only 2 1/2 games behind us, and while in all likelihood they will not catch us, we still play them two more times, with one being in their house, where the Heat haven't lost in a quite some time.

We play a double-header against New York and Rose is said to be back. If Rose is back, Watson will likely rest a bit. Beyond that I dont know who will be resting. I'd personally still play guys every night, but limit their minutes, especially Deng's. Boozer i'd still throw all out there, after all it'd be a personal accomplishment for him as he's never completed a full season, even if this season is shortened.
