who cares what people are like off the court?? This is basketball honestly Jordan is one of the biggest pricks ever but he is the GOAT. I could care less how they act off the floor as long as they dont go all Sam Hurd or OJ Simpson on us.

LBJ donates tons of money to charity yes he has a massive ego(all the greats do ) but Lebron is not a bad person at all.

PR move.

Posted this, it got flagged and deleted apparently.

You know, I had a nice, juicy paragraph written up for that stupid collection of shit gargling Pacer fans, but then it dawned on me --- why even waste my breath? Is it even worth hitting the "Post" button to remind a mentally inept fan base that their collection of wanna-be stars, throw-aways and the unathletic Super White Guy duo of Jeff Foster and Tyler "Gerald Henderson ruined my face" Hansbrough has absolutely zero chance at beating our Bulls in a seven game series. None. Zero.

Our star is better than their phony ***** of a star, our starters are better, our bench is deeper and more aggressive. Our coaches are better, our defense is better, our offense is better. We have the best arena in the NBA and the best fans.

All Derrick Rose did was remind the Pacers that we think absolutely nothing of them. What rivalry? I didn't see Reggie Miller suit up today. Where was Antonio Davis, Rik Smits? I didn't see those guys. So please, quit pretending like beating our team with our second best player and sixth man both nursing injuries is like the 1993 Mavericks beating the Showtime Lakers. Shit, your guys were celebrating like a bunch of fucking dads that just won their softball tournament. Act like you've been there before, Indianapolis. This is exactly why I hate Colts fans, they're all the same. It's irritating living in Indiana and having to listen to all of the nonsense about this team "being dangerous." Please, a true champion doesn't celebrate a fucking meaningless regular season win.

Ohhh, Pacers fans. I hope we see you again in the playoffs, so I can once again take the two hour drive up to Indy, sit courtside and watch our team pick you apart, once again sending you back to basketball obscurity.

Remember, Pacers fans: you root for this --

We don't bother celebrating meaningless games because, you know... we're used to this at the end of the season.

Hope to see you again soon.

Why would the Pacers care about Hansbroughs College career?

Nobody cares about his college career.

I wish that was true all I ever hear about is "hansbrough" is the best ever" all the UNC fan boys come out in force

He had by far the best game of his season tonight which is kind of sad. I am still pissed we drafted him I dont think I will ever get over that stupid pick.

Hibbert is really the only great player we have. We are still a few pieces away I doubt we ever contend for a title with this group unless somehow we get an Eric Gordon. We never rebuilt all the way and because of that we wont have the talent like most teams that rebuild do.

We just wanted this game more in the 2nd half we played like it was the superbowl and the Bulls were missing two key guys especially Deng. Deng is one of the most underrated guys in the league. I loved our effort but we are no where near the caliber of a Miami or Chicago or OKC in a 7gm series.

I dont like him all that much...but I dont draft the players

here are some LB quotes on why indiana drafted him....

"Yep, that's the guy," he said. "We had some point guards we wanted, but we felt if Ty was there, we had to take him. He's a mature four-year guy, great college career."'

"He's got good mechanics, he's very well-rounded," Bird said. "He scored in college, he'll score in the league."

Reaction at Conseco Fieldhouse was mixed, which has always been the case for Hansbrough

"Not everybody's going to be happy with who you take, but once they see him play, they'll be very surprised," Bird said. "He fits in well with us, and he's going to have a great career."

You have five seconds to retract this statement :troll:
:smh:

Hibbert is a great player for his position he is a top 5 C (or very close to it right now)

without Hibbert the offense stalls and is really stagnant Hibbert is worth a lot more than just the box score stats his defense and passing are very underrated. He is playing at an all star level if he gets injured for a long amount of time we dont even make the playoffs he is that important for our team.

Jimmer= Tebow (both religious and virgins :troll:)

I wanted Jrue Holiday so bad we needed a pg so badly it wasn't even funny. I was so shocked when I didnt hear Ty Lawson's team or Jrue Holiday I booed the pick for sure.

He scored in college but he did it in a way that isn't very effective for the NBA. I guess in that sense you can call him Tebow.

Just my preference but I hate 40% shooting PF's who don't play defense I prefer the guys who shoot around 50% and defend and shot block.

Hibbert may be your most valuable player but Granger is the best player to some degree.

Hibbert may be your most valuable player but Granger is the best player to some degree.

look at how he has been trending since his MIP season. He really has turned into a volume shooter who doesn't defend(he use to be a great defender)

his fg% keeps going down year after year http://www.basketball-reference.com/players/g/grangda01.html

. I like what he did tonight though he didnt force much and took the shots given to him hence why he shot a good FG% tonight. If he plays within himself he is a great player but far to often he tries to create off the dribble which he simply cant do in fact he normally extentd his arm to create space which is an offensive foul but refs rarely call it for some reason. If he defends like he can and gets shots off screens istead of ISOs he is very good but the last few years he went away from what made him so good and efficient.

But if you watch the Pacers on a nightly basic you would see what I mean about Danny. Also you would see why I say Roy is the most important and best Pacer.

unless we beat the Bulls in a playoff series Im not gonna get very excited(which is likley never gonna happen we just dont have the talent)

The Bulls without Deng and Taj really aren't the real Bulls(I watch a lot of Bulls games and Deng is so important to what the Bulls do missing him really hurts)

and Rose is still no where near 100%(turf toe will linger for a good while

But a win is a win they all count the same I will take it.

BTW CJ Watson needs to go to a team like ours where he can play at least 25mpg we could really use him as our backup pg. I like the way he runs the team when he is in there very good backup in the league.
