In the end, you have one of the three best QBs in the league getting within a FG of sending it to OT, all without a weapon better than Khalil Shakir.

In their defense, this was a salary dump year. They shed a lot of talent in the offseason and almost got there(Houston was really stupid for trading for Diggs) . But their decision making and playcalling is very poor. They just got outcoached by Nagy for crying out loud.

Wouldn’t have mattered.

If they would’ve tied it at the end, Mahomes wins it in OT.

If the Bills get a TD, here comes uncovered, wide-open Travis Kelce in the middle of the field to bring them back.

If the Bills would’ve gone up 2 scores, they would’ve turtled the rest of the game and the Chiefs would’ve made the next 3 scores look easy.

Not splitting hairs at all. Being involved isn't being culpable, and that is why he wasn't charged.
Helping to kill someone indicates intent as well, an accomplice to the killing. Not close to this.

Spagnuolo is just as important to this run as Andy Reid has been.

KC's defense has definitely been the engine. Mahomes can pull out any game when kept close, and the D has been keeping KC in relatively low scoring games this entire run. Spags definitely deserves credit. (But let's not forget they have great personnel on D.)

No those are all your interpretations. Killing does not presume intent. You can accidentally kill someone or something. 1st degree murder indicates intent.

He helped deprive them of life by taking part in the reckless driving with them. So yes he helped to kill even if it was obviously unintentional. Drunk driving and street racing usually involves the unintentional killing of people.
