I'm sorry but both pitches, the one that ended our inning, and that pitch by Arietta were balls. But if you're going to call a strike on us why don't we get the same treatment? Now we are fucked this is bs.

I'm really about over sports none of them have fair officials. NFL is basically unwatchable it is so laughable how bad those refs are. Baseball is proving to be no better. NBA has been a joke. All that's left is hockey.

Rich Hill left literally a dozen pitches (mainly curveballs) floating over the middle of the plate like a fucking balloon and we can't touch it. And Smoltz is right when he comments that we look off balance at the plate. We are acting like his fastball is 100 mph when it is not even 90. Sit the **** back and wait for the floating curveball and just try and hit a line fucking drive.

Right now they are swinging for the fences like idiots.

The fanboys will always try for the positive spin but it will be devastating if the cubs don't make it to the WS after the season they have had.

While we are set for a 5-10 year playoff run, I would be devastated. It may take a year, two years, or more to break through. Or it may never happen.

All we can ask is to make the playoffs consistently and have a chance. But no doubt - an NLCS loss now would crush me.
