Funny story about Smoltz. Everyone knows he is big time gambler. Especially on sports and on his golf game.
Last St. Patrick's Day morning, a pizzeria tavern was busted for running a huge gambling ring (everyone knew you went here to play poker/bet) and they got busted with $1million in cash. I used to work at the same chain when I was in high school at a different location. About 30 people got arrested during the calcutta auction for the NCAA Tournament--but they let Smoltz walk right out the back door with his cash in hand, just found that out 2 weeks ago.
