The highest scoring baseball game was 209-10 in the first ever baseball league, the NABBP. The Cubs joined the professional division in 1870.
Bonus: The highest scoring soccer game was 149-0 in 2002. Some Greek team got pissed at the refs and protested by scoring own goals.
