Fowler should've just stayed at 1st but I'll take the run for sure. We're hurting Kershaw's confidence for sure.

Hendicks, is so good..... Doesn't have the movement that Maddux had, but damn he may be just as smart.

The way Hendricks is pitching thus far I sorta hope Maddon doesn't have him on a short leash. With the wind blowing out I sorta favor his stuff vs someone like Strop unless he gets into trouble.

If we push it out to 5-0 this inning things will be looking really good. The goal is to just keep Kershaw working though.

Agreed, he's certainly playing well enough to go more than 5 innings at this point.

I think the Cubs pitchers have gotten used to it taking 4 or 5 strikes to get a strike out from these umpires :smug2:

Why? Should a team not get a shot at three full puts every inning?

It wasn't that serious a statement man. I'm just saying it would be cool if he already had 2 strikes
