yes. WR block technique:

Step 1 - Grab defender's jersey behind shoulder pads
Step 2 - Hold on tight.
Step 3 - Don't release holding grasp.
Step 4 - Turn defender off balance and push / pull them out of running lane
Step 5 - Don't release until defender is off balance and runner is past.
Step 6 - Act like it is a legal block
Step 7 - Nod and wink to officials to thank them for not calling offensive holding.
Step 8 - Repeat; because officials will not call holding on every play.
