Closer
Thornton-8th inning
Sale, Santos, Crain-7th and some 6ths if any guys are in trouble
Ohman, Pena-middle relief

Id sleep easy. But until we get a good closer i will ALWAYS be nervous in the 9th

If they give the job to Sales, you will eventually see that. He can establish himself as that type of closer, IMO.

And definate props to Humber. Great game by him, his curveball was GREAT and if anyone got contact on it, it was a ground ball out.

Great defense in the field, as well. That has been a problem thus far.

Btw, I wanted to see Ozzie go rough someone up after that solo homerun in the 9th. There's no way Sale was throwing at him! Hell why would he in that situation? And when he stared back at Sale, I wanted Sale to beam him fuck it! Dont stare me down!

The stare was one thing, but he intentionally threw his bat in Sale's direction. I know he is accurate enough to NOT hit Sale, but it was a piss-poor move, IMO.

There is no way he was throwing at him with the first pitch. He was out to close the game in a 3 run game after we completely collapsed the night before!

Ozzie will have someone retaliate next time we see them, I bet. And the White Sox have been hit by 7 pitches this year. The White Sox pitching staff has hit zero opposing batters.

I realize its a very slumping Tampa Bay, but Gavin Floyd has always been a bit of a head case and has confidence issues (or at least he used too, those were the reasons Philadelphia had given up on him which caused a potential demise) so Gavin's outing today was a huge, huge outing, couple that with how he settled down after this first couple innings in Kansas City on Tuesday I hope we see a solid Floyd all season long.

yes. especially after that meltdown the other night. to take 3 of 4 was great.

We do not have Dunn back and we are doing just fine.
