I thought it was pretty clear before the ref explained it...

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Fire
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
  1. Notre Dame Fighting Irish
Isn't there usually a situation on the field?

wow....the refs convened to try and figure out how the packers could still win, but they failed.

(that said, tons of time for Rogers, the drawback to the defensive touchdown)

Big 1st down by CLE. They have the ball at midfield, down by 3 with 3 mins left.

Yeah, I just edited my post.

I totally didn't know that changed on 4th down. And as that "ref teacher guy" just said, it changes AGAIN inside 2 minutes to go. lol

Crazy stuff.

But that was definitly what they were conversing about, that set of rules.

Right?

Like wait....if the Bears ever force a fumble inside two minutes and run down and score and they say "ummmm....excuse me....settle down.....the defense cannot advance a fumble inside of two minutes"

I might rampage and kill my dog

Yeah i know but did the ref really need to explain it and take 5 mins?

In this case...yes. There were some very obscure rules in play here. And personally, I love it when Ref's can actually articulate what happened and why.
