Seems like this could be quite the trap game for the Hawks, under 24 hours after a hard-fought 5-4 victory on the road in the eternal dumpster fire that is St. Louis. It's a similarly high-ranking Western Conference foe for the Hawks on Sunday night, with the San Jose Sharks again among the top of the teams in the Pacific Division. It could take a while for the Hawks to find their legs tonight. But once they do? They certainly have the firepower to counter any attacks from the Sharks.

LET'S GO HAWKS!!

Anisimov seems likely out so what lines are made could be interesting. Maybe Kruger will slide up again cause Hino between Panarin and Kane could be interesting chaos

Why panic when you can panik? via da Tapatalk

Put the Swede in!!

That Kruger Ras Panic line is certainly interesting after dropping 2 on the Blues. Perhaps putting the big guys together and letting them play their way is going to work best for Kruger.

I have always felt Desjardins plays well with a fast skater who breaks out ahead of him, but I would like to see Motte get back and displace TooToo at some point to give that 4th line some firepower. Hino has the intellegence to break out ahead of Desjardins defense and that could work.

I'm rooting for the giant line most of all to keep it going and solidify the top 9.

EDIT: Just reading above Clyde...yeah that puts a wrinkle. I say keep the PKR line, and give Hinostraza that opportunity after the game winner (and because he can keep up speed wise)

Desjardins slides in to center the fourth.

Hoss needs to have Toews on his line. 72 19 88 is too much on one line.
Share the wealth, and give Hoss someone besides Desjardin FFS.

Hoss was doing pretty damn well without Toews. I wouldn't mind the Toews with Panarin & Kane and reunite the HHH line if you have Anisimov out.

I'm thinking:

38-19-81
72-16-88

Clyde beat me to it.

That Kruger line has been real good, so no problem with keeping them together. And the HHH line was pretty good while Toews was out.

That top line was fucking dominant on Saturday against St. Louis, so they'll need to do the same tonight.

And once again, after watching football in the afternoon, thank God for a Hawks game on a Sunday night.

There's plenty of hard to win factors of this game though, sure both teams have 4 games winning streaks but the Hawks are the ones on a back to back game, and back to back off a road game, plus its another one of those first home games after road trip luls potentially.

And the Sharks last game they made Carey Price almost pull a Roy and looked so pissed as he was pulled that he was gonna demand to never play a game for the Habs again.
