It's not Quintana coming back to earth per se. It's more like him being the pitcher he is. Since when is 3 runs given up bad for a guy like him? Just because he's the "first pitcher" in the rotation doesn't mean that he's going to pitch like Sale and Peavy have this year.
I'm happy with what he is because it's better than Axelrod. And it's probably just as good as Floyd or Humber are.
