Over the past few games, Bobby probably has had the worst stretch and he's a rookie. I think it's a safe bet he's the guy who's going to be riding the pine with Noah back. At least until there's (hopefully) a trade.

Could they just trade Gasol and get it over with?

Psh as if our FO makes trades...

They're going to make a trade this year. They're feeling the pressure from everywhere. Loaded front court, not enough depth on the wing, and the whole league and fans alike who are making a lot of noise putting the pressure on them to make the move. I just hope it ends up being a good trade because unfortunately, just because you need/want to make a move, doesn't mean the return is going to be beneficial. I think they could pull off something decent though. I by no means see a major upgrade to the team coming our way though. I would guess it's going to be closer to a lateral move but because of our depth up front and not so much on the wings, will make us more balanced, but not necessarily better talent wise. I think that's the most realistic thing to hope for.

That's likely the best case scenario.

Noah is out and we score 100 9 games in a row. Watch what happens tonight.

(I kid because the opponent, but it's still my vote to trade Noah's expiring). Trading Gasol is conceding defeat, and removing our title chances. We keep him, we try to re-sign him. Moore, Snell, Noah, Hinrich expiring are the expandables.

And what about taj? I see him as the most tradeable player.

I think they have to take a chance on a young athletic SF for either Noah or Gasol. Both have good value and both have good contracts. When Noah plays again, there are not enough minutes to go around for Gasol, Noah, Portis, Mirotic, Gibson, and McDermott and that is a problem for this team going forward. Especially because there are too many minutes for Snell, Dunleavy(if he ever plays again) and Butler which is also a big problem.

I'm sure they would love to take a chance on a young athletic SF with upside...I just have no idea who would make sense.

Positives from the game...DRose with his most efficient game of the season. That's it. Everyone was pretty bad, even Rose. Horrible pick and roll defense. Shocked there wasn't more turnovers.

At least Fred waved the white flag early...but Jimmy still played 38 minutes. :smh:
