I think too many people are predicting the Illini to make the tournament this year. I'm cautiously optimistic. I also hope Miller ends up picking Illinois, but I think if Ayo is still around next year, he probably ends up somewhere else

OK. Arizona was down by 1 at half to Chico State only to win by 9. How fluid did anyone expect the team to be this early? Kofi and Feliz were not on the Italy trip. Bossmans-Verdunk has practiced with the team about 6-8 times. This team will get better. There is no need to have a meltdown on game 1. Frazier was 0-fer. Griffin didn't play enough minutes, etc.

Ayo came in advertised as a possible "one and done". He obviously is not that. Kofi also came in this year with his family saying he's a "one and done" player. Next year, Miller will be possibly coming in as a "one and done" as well.
