Want to add a little fun to the story? Jesse is saying 'racism' as a result of the Evergreen Park coach whisteblower. He is not suggesting, but saying that these actions are racially motivated.

Translation - he is saying the Evergreen Park coach at the center of this - Chris Janes - is racist.

Umm, one bit of info. Chris Janes is married. To a black woman! He has four children with his black wife.

Jesse, might have wanted to check that fact out first...

That man is a HERO. To do what he did took amazing balls. He blew the whistle on wrongdoing very early and didn't let it go. Good for this man.

You are Spiderman? And a bunch of fucks are falling in cardboard boxes? I don't really get it.

No worries man, don't want you to hurt your brain. Maybe you should get back to practicing coloring between the lines before we move on to more advanced things like reading comprehension and not being a stroke.

"In August, my son was 5 feet 10 inches, so I also watched with interest the tall kids on a few teams who could make an outsize difference in the games. South Korea's team had several of them. South Korea fielded a team of 12-year-olds whose average height was about the same as fully grown South Korean men. Their two 5-foot-10-inch players were the difference-makers at the plate and on the mound. Clearly this was a Korean 12-year-old national team, yet I defy anyone from Little League International to prove that those players lived in any tightly defined geographic area."

The kids from the JRW team should have never been punished for the mistakes of adults. All this "residency crap" should have been handled a long time ago. To take their title away was b.s. I wouldn't accept the title if I were the Vegas team.

Bullshit. The kids do not make decisions in any leagues that they play in. It is the adults who set the rules and enforce them. Kids just play and hopefully have fun doing it. But just as any other enterprise, when adults cheat, they get caught and punished. And if they do this and young people are hurt, then it is on them to face the consequences(the adults). The adults cheated. They got caught. FUck them. Tell the kids the truth......... your old man.....your mother...... your uncle........ some dickhead who flimflamed into the league....CHEATED. So, keep you trophy. Nice job. But those kids who played in a state that you never heard of nor will ever probably ever be again(NEvada) is going to be the US Little League champion. BYE!

You work on your math and probability. Severely. I'll practice coloring inside of the box. Deal? Or just post nonsense and insult people. Whatever you are more comfortable with.

Or we can just drop the whole thing and move on?

Some of the issue was kids fro, divorced parents. I still don't think the kids should suffer for this. Hell lets take the SB from N.E. since they cheated to get there. Lets forfeit the season away they were caught illegally taping practices.
Kids pay for the wrongdoings of parents. It's been this way since biblical times. The kids could have handled it fine, if the adults would admit they were wrong.

In the LL World Series the kids all wear a patch on their uniform that says: "I will not cheat".. How ironic.

7 of those kids were not from that team. So when 7 new kids all of the sudden show up then how could those kids say they didnt know?

Back in the day I coached the traveling team from a little town out west named Sandwich. We were pretty damned good with the 12 year olds winning many tournaments. Do people realize how good we would have been if I could have taken the best players from Yorkville, Plano, Oswego, Somonauk....etc. That is basically what these coaches and administrators did. If 7 new players showed up on my traveling team with no explanation I would have parents crawling up my ass asking where they came from and how come Johnny was no longer on the team.

They cheated.......simple as that

CHICAGO (WLS) --

"The decision to strip JRW of its national title is raising questions about how widespread cheating may be throughout Little League.

A coach who competes against JRW in the same district told ABC 7 that for years, JRW and other teams have used players from outside their boundaries, and until now, Little League officials turned a blind eye.

Renee Cannon-Young sees hypocrisy in the stripping of JRW's title.

In 2011, she says her son Jacoby was recruited to play in Evergreen Park's Little League, despite living on Chicago's South Side.

"The paperwork was filled out for me," Cannon-Young said. "I was told that although he was not a resident of Evergreen Park, they were going to fix that so that he could play. Just use another address, and he would be able to play."

Cannon-Young says she thought nothing of it - it was just baseball - until Evergreen Park raised suspicions about JRW. "

Blacks got caught cheating.. stop sticking up for them.

THEY made this a race thing. .. no one else did.

I know your liberal mind can't wrap your head around this simple concept.

The prize for this sort of thing went, not surprisingly, to Karen Lewis, head of the Chicago Teachers Union. Attempting to sound outraged, but actually coming across as outrageous, Lewis demanded that the Little Leaguers who benefited from the chicanery of their coaches be rewarded financially. “I stand with parents, youth, teachers and community members who are outraged by this Black History month smack in the face by people with no regard for the young lives impacted by this,” Lewis said in a written statement. “Jackie Robinson West should retain its title, be issued an apology, and every player should receive full-ride scholarships for college sponsored by the people who have humiliated these boys, their families and their community.”

There is no correlation between a team winning the LLWS and any player getting a baseball scholarship to a D1. Check the rosters. Puberty and the full-size field is the great equalizer. There are also 11.7 scholarships to be divided amongst 27 players. Do the math. Any person, such as Karen Lewis, who suggests each player should get a full ride is clueless.

It's a damn shame that the parents and Jackson are turning this into a race thing. Holding these press conferences just makes it worse for the kids.. Now they are convincing the kids that they were screwed because they cheated. Instead of whining about it, move on please. Let the kids just move on and realize it was the parents faults. The parents are to blame for this, bottom line.

From what I understand is that this team plays travel baseball together. The kids who were out of the district play on the travel team and the organization tried sneaking them onto the LL team for the tournament.

I also think that LL should've have just left the title vacated and not given it to LV. Now other teams can say that they weren't given a fair shot.

It's amazing what some of these parents will do. They play the role of chauffeur, personal assistant, and player agent, instead of sitting back and letting their kids play. As a coach, it really sucks because theres so many egos you had to stroke (I don't, which is why I always end up with one problem parent) and always a family or two who thinks their kid is destined for superstardom and billions in the bank.

That said, I think it's the 1% that ruins the image, and the higher the level, the worse it gets. I've coached a lot of great kids with great parents, just that 1% who makes everyone else miserable.

Of all the levels that I coached, little league was the worst. By far the worst. And the worst part was the parents. They pay their entry money and expect the coach to be their babysitter, wet nurse, pseudo father, big brother, etc. while they sit their behinds in the stands, criticize everything that you do, yell at their kids, yell at the other kids, the umpires, etc. and you have to sit there and listen to it. I did it in order to make sure my own kids got taught properly by me on how to play the game properly but I was never so happy when my kids got to high school.

The LL system down here is pretty meticulous to an almost stupid level for age verification. Most kids are required to have some sort of state ID or passport in order to play. That could be because we're in North Mexico though

My youngest played a lot of club soccer and was on a lot of great teams. BEing from Southern California, there were a lot of Mexican and other south american kids in his age group. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM faced in soccer out here is that many kids go across to Mexico and actually have valid Mexican birth certificates made up with different ages on them than they actually were. There actually is a big business there in which this happens.

THere were two kids who played on one of my son's teams who were actually two years older than what their birth certificate stated. A coach who had both of the kids two years earlier had the certificates made and played the kids in a division in which they were not legal to play in. ALL TO WIN A STUPID ASS MEDAL OR TROPHY! My son's coach who was a great coach lost his club job and a high school job because of it and HE DIDN"T KNOW A DAMN THING ABOUT IT. Neither did any of the other parents. Only the two kids themselves and their parents knew it. THe guy that turned them in?????????? The former coach who got the certificates made up in the first place:(

This is a joke, right? This isn't true, right? COme-on........Tell me no one actually said this as a representative of a tax payer funded organization?

The kids keep their trophies and the trip. They'll never forget the visit to the White House and all of that stuff. So what that the team that the team that they beat in the championship gets new trophies and I'd give them a free trip also to somewhere of their choosing. IF all of this is about the kids, then punish the adults accordingly and go on to next year. Just shut Jesse, the mayor, Sharpton, and that idiot Teacher's Union president the fuck up. PLEASE!
