Possum stew is good and if u can't find possum there's always squirrel.

Use at least 3 squirrel per possum substituted.

Since there are a few games left this thread should still be relevant. Bonus points and flavor if the opossum and/or squirrels were hit by a car

They stay longer too when it's cold in the holler! You can literally hit a squirrel and come back a few days later to get it for the meal! Love the winter!
