Is 2017 Trubisky *actually* similar to 2016 Goff?

2017 Trubisky reminds me a little of 2000 Brady with a little 1992 Favre mixed in with some 2012 Griffin, with a pinch of 1971 Bradshaw and a smidgin of 2011 Cam Newton, mixed in with a bit of 1998 Manning, not to mention the wheels of a 1961 Fran Terkenton.

Wow.Thought I was the only one, but you caught it too

That illegal forward pass at 1:33 was Lulzy.

I can’t for the life of me, understand how Mick and others are worried that Trubisky won’t improve, and is a finished product. He was nowhere near as awful as rookie Goff.

whose ass did you pull that out of?

I remember telling you going into that draft, that Goff’s happy feet (you pointed to his college coach *excuse* calling them typewriter feet), combined with his ohsoslow and long/gangly throwing motion, was going to be a recipe for disaster.

He worked on it last off season, and improved. But he sure as shit was not NFL ready coming in as a rookie.

Rookie Jared Goff = Rookie Kyle Orton.
