Is Aaron going to stick it to the Bears one more time this season?

Not sure how he's 'sticking anything' to a bad team when he's already beaten (more like coasted past them) them twice and the most the bears can do is spoil the lions' season this weekend and help them. More of the bears sticking it to themselves if that were the case.

And even if the packers make the playoffs, how far are they actually going?
Not far. Might beat the Bucs but they won’t be facing them head to head. Could beat the Vikes tho. Niners, Eagles, Cowboys would all be tough matchups for them.

The Peckers are playing themselves out of a good draft pick and that's all. I'm actually thrilled to see them in contention because that will make the fall SO MUCH BETTER.
Yes, winning and not playing Love is a huge mistake, Aaron hasn't looked great and will retire or play elsewhere next year. Go Pack keep on winning.

I think there's a good possibility you're right but, honestly, you couldn't give me Rodgers with that contract, his age and his diva personality. The risk he's certain to bring isn't really worth his talent level right now.

We'd be lucky to beat their backups at this point honestly, people who are hoping to tank don't realize how far this team is away from being half way decent again. I like fields but he hasn't shown me he can stand in the pocket complete accurate passes and our defense is terrible against the run and pass. We have a long road ahead before we are good again.
I wish there was an opportunity to pay for an extreme sports experience for any Bear fan that spouts this nonsense to have a chance to stand in that “pocket” and deliver the ball.

It’s crazy how rare it is for Fields to have a clean pocket where he can actually step up or navigate.

I think for the reasons you mention Rodgers would not be a hot commodity when you look at the 2 most recent "big trade" disasters with Russ and Watson. Buc's got lucky with Brady for 1-2 years and now they are cooked as well. I love all those blunders and want to build a good team the right way. Retirement for Aaron would not be a big surprise.

Vikings defense is just as bad as the Bears. Would not surprise me to see Fields ruin the tank plan and beat their starters before they go to the playoffs.

Yeah, it is also frustrating for me to watch the play calls they have run for him in the last couple of games. It is about as close to deliberately calling plays for him that have less than a 30 % chance to succeed. Its like they are deliberately are putting them into 3rd and 8 situations in most of the offensive drives.

This narrative is so damn lazy and tired
It is literally the default view of every 55+ white guy. I don't fully understand it, but it is. There are a few that understand football, so they know what they're seeing as they're watching the Bears play. But it is not the norm.

I'm only going to recommend this for the lulz, but I love reading social media comments about Fields. Everyone is so fucking stupid. :ROFLMAO: But it's crazy. There is this pattern of people that believe that Fields can't throw, can't read a defense, can't play QB, can't throw for more than 100 yards, etc. And they all look like this...

senior-man-yelling-and-looking-angry.jpg

I know a lot of people want to chalk it up to racism, but I think it's more complex than that. Some of it might have to do with racism, but I think a lot of it has more to do with some feeling of entitlement. Like "I have an opinion, dammit! And it WILL BE HEARD!" :ROFLMAO:

And I think some of it is about a bunch of dinosaurs not being willing to accept that the mold for QBs is changing. There are a lot more black QBs. There are a lot more athletic QBs. There are a lot more black, athletic QBs. Not all of them want to be Joe Namath, grandpa. Maybe some of these guys want to be something new and fucking exciting. The best athlete on the field. What's wrong with that? Fields is fucking electric. Imagine watching him play, and being mad. I feel bad for these dumb ass old fucks. Well, I pity them, anyway.

I'm not even worried about winning or losing games, but this guy saying Fields can't pass from the pocket derailed this thread. I'm just convinced you're not watching the games.

The Pack appear to be putting it together for the stretch run yet again. Although The Dolphins couldn't have shot themselves in the foot anymore than they did yesterday. If the Pack win out there's a good chance they make the playoffs. Next week they host the Vikings with their season on the line. If the Vikings lose next week and the 49ers beat the Raiders the Vikings drop to the 3rd seed and the 49ers end their season against the lonely Cardinals. The Vikings cannot drop to the 4th seed with a loss to the Bears the final game of the season and they probably have nothing to gain with a win. There's probably a good chance the Vikings rest their starters against the Bears if Aaron beats the Vikings on Sunday.

He "stuck it to us" twice already this season....That should suffice until next year.

This is the truest shit I've ever read. They literally all look the exact same. I've also noticed NFC North rival fans are going to extreme lengths to diss Fields, citing his Win/Loss record, like he is the reason the Bears are losing these games. It's the same old tired shit, yet Fields constantly makes chicken salad with chicken shit and we have to hear these lazy no life cunts put him down every week. It's become amusing, but at the same time I can't wait for them to eat shit once the Bears field a competent squad.

Yep. Half the comments are...

"DID HE DO A WIN???"

People are so fucking stupid. I've even seen people say that the team around Fields is fine, it's Fields that's the problem. :ROFLMAO:

Careful, you will get some idiots pointing out random plays where the pocket looks good for 2.5 seconds so clearly the oline is top 3.
Don’t forget those two plays that had open WRs that turns into a month of “guys are wide open all game”

Most people also don't understand the concept of a QB going through his reads properly might mean that read #1 could come open while the QB is on read #4. The only way anyone can tell if a QB "missed" an open receiver is to go through the tape. 99% of the time, you can't possibly tell from a live broadcast TV shot.

But somehow, people are picking up these "missed" receivers all over the place. Crazy how adept people are at breaking down the broadcast as it's happening. :ROFLMAO:

And really, you can't have your "He doesn't go through his progressions" and "He misses wide open WRs", too.

Facts. When did this start happening? I don't remember people doing this 5 years ago.

Disingenuous dipshits being dipshits. They don't see shit. They're just trying to justify their dumbfuck narrative.
