Don't say shit like that fisch.... Congress will take it as a challenge and show you a new meaning of "least we can do" lol

Random Congressman: "I heard a young man in Iowa say he thinks we couldn't do less than what we are currently doing for our Veterans"
Random Congressman 2: "Huzzah! That sounds like a challenge! Draw me up a bill to make all military uniforms out of wool infused with itching powder.... I shall show this young so-and-so from Iowa how little I can do!"

Sad but true.

I always miss the first day of new semesters. 99 percent of the time, the teachers talk about everything that is on the syllabus anyway. The most I've seen attendace count for in any college course is 5 percent of my total grade. I only showed up on test days for that course because all assignments were submitted online. I ended up with a 91 in that course. Anyways, what's your major?

Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism with a concentration in food and beverage. Basically, I will graduate with a degree in business, marketing, and HRT. When I come out, I should be able to get management position at hotels or restaurants. We also have to work 600 hours. We make a lot of connections through this program. Its the fasted growing program in Louisiana. Tourism has blown up in New Orleans. We always have something going on.

It's not bad to skip your first day of classes, per se. You're not missing anything technically, and you should be able to get the teacher to give you the syllabus. When I was in college I missed probably a little too much. However, I don't regret it or anything, I got to where I wanted to get to anyway.
