I'd honestly be okay with them sitting him for Tuesday's game. If they can pull off a win w/o him, that's a lot of time to rest for ATL/Orlando.

I realize a sprain is a partial tear and the word "tear" bothers people more than "sprain" but Ive seen countless people turn ankles and affected minimally by it, especially with extra tape or even a brace. Very rarely have I seen people further injure their ankles.

Im not going to freak out over it until I know more.

Hard to say if it's a big deal, lets see how he looks in game 5 before making any judgements about how serious it is. The fact he was able to play out game 4 suggests it's probably not that bad.

Those numbing shots kind of scare me. It will help Rose get through the pain. But it could potentially mean long-term health problems for that ankle. Maybe even for the rest of his career.

Yeah im not a fan of using numbing shots when it comes to sprained ankles. He could end up really messing his ankle up by playing hard and he might not even notice.

I would rest him until he's ready to go. Look, we are a more talented team. Even with Rose out i believe this. Time for players to step up and earn their paychecks.
