Trick question. It is MFing good. These HCs are probably not the entire list of finalists. GM will probably interview more in person.

They are going to make this process a painful one. All that matters is Fields. Have a plan for him so that this is the result on Sunday.

This HC cycle is meh though. You likely will get a 2nd time or 3rd time stint HC (Caldwell). Seems the case for a few franchises this hiring circle, outside of maybe Daboll at NYG.

Let Fields cook.

He can make all the throws. If he can make the reads he will be elite and this franchise will be relevant. If not then at best mediocrity will continue.
