I said it'd be tough, not that they'd lose. Whether you like it or not, Shark, Sale, & Q are a clear advantage over Hendricks, Arrieta, and Haren. Arrieta should beat Q fairly easily, but the other two are very favorable to the Sox.

Arrietta is better no doubt, but it won't be "fairly easily."

If we lose, its because Grimson started the game IST. Just saying. My thread got us a sweep.

PS: out here in Cali:W. Sux gear is the summer wear of Rader fans.

IE: they like the colors.

Also: Ball Caps: WS: West Side. Thug wear out here. Any one flashing that gear watch out normally.

IDK. I wouldn't want to be associated with it.

Been that way sense Ozzy ran the team.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
See it pays to have a 6'5 3rd baseman! That was a nice catch!

You are more wrong. Since 2013 Q is like #12 in WAR. That's a great pitcher. Shark has been terrible recently. No doubt about it. But he's going to be pitching against an NL opponent. :) No matter, I don't want to turn this into a flame war.

Quintana has an ERA of 3.59 and in only one month this season has it been under 3.00.

If that's "great", it starts to explain your opinion of Shark.

Inland Empire people really do like Sox gear. There are also a bunch of cubs fans out here. In downtown riverside, a man walks around in his Cubs hat and wears a good chain that has a bronze mold of the state of Illinois.

Need to take advantage with bases loaded. I know we got 2 but we could have had so more, especially when they were loaded with no outs.

No matter the score, when you are batting with a man on 3rd (in this case loaded) and nobody out, you can't K. Bryant has to put that in play.

But it sure is nice that the only negative is that we have 6 and not 7.

I believe this is eight straight games we chased the starter before the end of the 5th.

San Diego the only ones who wear the gear normally hang by trolley stops in bad areas. The types you don't look at and keep moving.

Funny how it took Montero hurting his thumb to ignite the offense. .

Schwarber gets brought up and changes the lineup. .

Castro going in 2B and Russell staying at SS tells you right there we will never see Castro as an everyday SS for the Cubs again
