So, whoever does the data mining for defensive positioning of the infield needs some props. I feel like Zobrist has had a ton of rockets hit right at him that he was able make a play on because of where they positioned him. Had he been at a normal position that goes into the OF.

Probably. In UZR/150, cubs were already first. In DRS they are 4th behind the Astros, Braves and Royals.

Games like this make me remember that Macho Man randy savage was once a baseball player and that adding the ability to hit the opposing team with a steel chair seems ideal.

They can survive with him in lineup if guys around him hit but they have a struggling SS, RF, and C that their trying to survive around.
Just seems like unless Fowler Zobrist or Bryant have big games, the offense struggle.
Fortunately these guys haven't gone into any prolonged slump yet.
