Cubs clinched an important victory 2 games ago. Sharks 1st win.
It's common a team will play a little flat after a big win.
Normally though, they do it after clinching a post season spot, not the last week of May.

I don't have any hard evidence to support this and a lot of it would be subjective of what constitutes a "big win," but my personal hunch is that teams don't play flat after a big win, rather it sparks them. Then again I don't think getting Shark a win is considered big.
