Schwarber is hitting .215/.354/.380. Granted you'd like to see that BA more like .280-.290 which would push his slugging up to the .445-.455 range. You'd also probably like him to slug more in the .500ish range but point here being he's not *that* far off. He's getting on base at a pretty good clip and his 15.6% walk rate is stellar. I wouldn't exactly call him "the new Heyward."
His K rate is up this year(28.1%) but I'm guessing that's more to do with him seeing a lot more pitches out of the lead off role. He's currently #5 in the majors at 4.42 per plate appearance. #1 is Granderson, #2 is Ryan Schmpf, #3 is Anthony Rendon, #4 is Matt Carpenter. Not trying to shine him up or anything but he's largely doing what you want out of a lead off hitter. He's getting on base and racking up pitches. Presumably the hits will come sooner or later.
He reached base 11 times last 40 PA

Not exactly been getting on base much lately either..
My point saying Heyward is Schwarber been coming up with a lot of opportunities with guys on base and either striking out or making weak outs...
Let's be realistic with Schwarber and put his playoff numbers aside, he hasn't hit much in regular season since his hot start in 2015..
I get it's only 27 games into his first long stint since injury and I hope he can get it going soon, but until he does I'm not ready to say this guy an untouchable or great player yet.
No matter how much Epstein loves him..
I'd actually consider sitting him a game or two in Boston..
