did they really need to move Bryant off third especially after last night?I'm not mad at walking Bell. I'm mad that David Bote can't field grounders.

5% chance they make it out of the first round of the playoffs. Team full of unmotivated prima donnas and chokers

You catch the end shot where Bryant picking up his glove and walking back inside the dugout like nothing bad happened. So comfy, no anger, just ho hum.
This is 2004 all over again.
Bote didn’t pick the right hop. Pitchers need to throw strikes. Really frustrating watching Kintzler/Lucroy nibble with a rookie hitting below the Mendoza line.
Because if he kept Schwarber in LF and Schwarber cost them the game defensively, JimJohnson and all the posters who only show up when things go bad would have wondered why Joe didn’t make a defensive replacement. The game is simple. Managers manage. Players play. Players either make managers’ moves look brilliant or bad.why not just leave Bryant at Third? he would have made that play.
Anyone in this organization going to work with David Bote on fielding grounders? Maybe spend a little extra time doing so? Or we just going to continue to feel bad for ourselves and wait till we return to Wrigley Field?
They don’t even seem to care. Still getting free drinks at the bar for 2016. Time to break up this group of underachievers. Keep Javy, Schwarbs and Rizzo—maybe Contreras if he can stay healthy. Dump the rest and reload for 2022.
