I'm kind of glad we got a loss out of the way last night. It's all in their own hands now. Sweep and we're in, split and you go into St. Louis with a magic number of 4 which should be OK. Anything less is undue stress.

Lester said he was feeling fine. I'm really not sure with what is off with him right now. Most likely a minor adjustment honestly.

IMO he connected with Ross. Was getting connected with Contreras as the injuries to both got him out of sync. He is honestly not a "stuff" pitcher where it doesn't matter who is back there. He is more of a battler where you need a pitcher/catcher connection to out play the hitter.
