Sorry, Silence, but at some point you are going to have to admit that this Castro is a fucking moron.

He hits a ball into the corner and stands at home plate.

He is not a winning player. There is NO excuse! None.
^^ Agreed

Ya know, I like Castro a lot but I'm slowly starting to come to that realization as well. It sucks, but I don't think he's a winning player

Lol. He would have been on second base regardless based upon where runners were on base and where the throw would have went.
Another quality at bat, Starlin.
It's interesting that you dont mention all the other non-QAB's from the rest of the lineup.

Same, he has done a lot for the team in the past few years and you can't take that away from him. But overall we need a better defensive shortstop. Even if our offense suffers a little, our line up should be able to make it up

Saw that coming.

Walk a guy with bases empty and two out with their only HR hitter up next.

I mentioned the one that just o-fucking-curred!

I also didn't mention the Cards scored one run on a ground ball he couldn't corral, and two on the ball over his head that he literally swiped his glove sideways instead of looking at the ball. Tough play, but played like a fool.

He TWICE came up with a man on third and less than two out, and didn't hit a ball fair!!!

For the love of God, stop defending mistakes.

You should be banned from game threads. Your postings about Castro get tiresome.

I'm not being Mr. Hindsight here, but you gotta throw a breaking pitch out of the zone there. It's 1-2 for Christ's sake
