Yes it's called tagging up. When there are two outs the baserunners will go without waiting in case the fielder drops it.Hey guys..got a question... I don’t know every single rule on baseball but is there a reason Rizzo didn’t start running from 3rd base before Kemps fly ball was caught? Repeating myself here but Is there a rule that the person on third base can only try and score when the fly ball is caught? I’ve seen this a lot! Thanks
