I actually dont mind hitting the pitcher 8th..
Problem is both Russell and Fowler slumping bad at the same time for a long stretch now, defeat the purpose of it...

If it wasn't so sad it be hysterical watching these pitchers bunt..

Ive never seen it this bad before by everyone on a team..

It's a win when it is only a force out and not a DP.

Absolutely terrible. I guess since Joe doesn't like to bunt, they don't work on it at all.

Latos has as many hits as he has allowed.

Last night, Cubs had 4, 2 by Bryant.
Today, Cubs have one, by Bryant.

Friday, had 6 hits, but one run.

Absolutely awful.

Latos could be a guy the cubs could inquire about at deadline if nothing else available. .

Offense has been absolutely awful the last 2 weeks. Only scored more than 2 runs twice in the past 12 games

That is one strange delivery Capps uses. Seems not only awkward, but also like it adds a significant amount of extra effort for each pitch.
