When you don’t get on base nearly enough, and compound that with terrible baserunning blunders when you do get on, that’s a combo that really hurts.

Doubled off twice in a week. Inexcusable.

That throw by Hunter was 96 MPH. You don't play with that gun.

Ouch! I saw earlier that Luke Voit was trending on Twitter and assumed it was because he hit a HR and is a Yankee, but I just heard he got hit in the face with a 91 MPH fastball.

That sucks.

I just read that he initially stayed in the game.

I just became a fan.

Where Lester looks for a way to get the team a W, Q will look for an excuse -e.g., the wind -for a loss.

Sorry to beat a dead horse on this but the trade for Q will never be one of my favorites.....no matter what he does.

That last HR was a elevated Change up. It was screaming kill me. Vs Manny he pitched him very well. Down until he leans then blast him with a chin 4 seem to get him back then went down again.

Q will pitch very well then he just pulls a dumb ass 1st pitch choice. His change sucks and should be use in the middle of a sequence when the hitters bat speed is sitting on 90. A 80 change becomes a variable. His change has little movement so it is not a pitch to open with.

Looked bad there. Hedges is just eating dirt balls all day. You have to force him to throw a strike there.

The line on the over/under was 12 1/2. Thats Coors field lines. That wind is just taking balls. Bote ball should have never went anywhere near that far.

I won't get two down on a pitcher who gets hit by Machado and/or Tatis Jr. But there's always a reason when it comes to Q.

When we acquired Maldonado, I was looking at defensive stats and framing in particular. Hedges is #1, by a fairly large margin.

Russell K's without moving the runners, and to add insult to injury - or is it vice versa - lets the bat fly for the thousandth time.

He has no bat though. He won't be the starting catch for long with SD.
