It will get over looked because of Bryant's homer but Fowler had a nice game and has been hitting better post break. He's up to .328 on his OBP after being around .300 at points prior to the break. He's hitting .281/.465/.406 in the 2nd half(don't think that includes tonight) over 9 games.

That's what I've been trying to tell people. With this many kids learning on the job, you can't expect to make a deep playoff run. This team is right where I wanted them to be: in contention for the 2nd wild card spot.
