You're missing my point again which isn't surprising at all.
MLB doesn't prosecute crimes. If there was a crime, that is up to the police. Last I checked, police aren't involved at all here. MLB has a policy on domestic violence. If it really happened, precedent is approximately 30 game suspension. There is nothing, absolutely fucking nothing, that a team needs to get rid of the player.

Not sure if you're a Blackhawks fan or not... but a few years ago when Patrick Kane was accused of rape... you should have seen the so called "alpha male" tough guys victim shaming here in the Hawks forum... it was downright embarrassing.

Far as I can tell nope.
I take issue with her ranting on a blog vs going to the authorities. If she needed help it should have happened then vs 2 years removed in a personal attack against a persons integrity

I think they figure that, if they can show girls that they'll believe them no matter what they say, that one of these girls might actually have sex with them. After all, they haven't found an *other* ways of getting laid, the poor virginal sods...
