That game was all Kalish.

He very well could be one of those guys that has to battle through several injury plagued seasons before finally getting a chance to showcase his skills. The skill set reminds me of a right handed Junior Lake. Maybe a bit more pop.

No. Not Lake. Not sure though may turn into another Shane Victorino. Light hitter with speed

I like him hitting #2. I would rather have him at CF with Bonifaco at 2B and Lake full time.

We will have to see how Castro hitting 6th works out. He hits and with some OBA stacked ahead of him it could pan out.

Shoot I would like to see Boni, Kalish, Rizzo, Lake, Valbuena, Castro, Schierholtz, Castillo for a game. Stack some OBA ahead of Castro and Schierholtz

Read may. Did not say will. His skill set is simlier

I posted current OBA's. All of them are currently over .350. Ya

And Valbuena walked at a 14% clip last year. Even with a .220 BA his OBA was .331.

Why don't you go look up some stats before spouting off ok.

Remember Shane was a Pad cast off early on. No one thought he would be that good. That is why I use may and could be. I don't limit potential. Now after 1000 AB I use is or are. They are who they are.

Kalish has been wracked by injury so he has never gotten it together yet. His skill set is not power so the Lake reference is off but he takes walks has little pop and good speed. Pretty much Victrino style of play. Will he develop into that quality? Doubtful but so was Shane's chances
