When you go behind the wheel after drinking you waive any instance of that being considered an accident. With Ryan Dunn though I would of hoped it went the way that this reported case was:
Paragraph 10. "At the time of the collision, Defendant was going 85 miles per hour."
Paragraph 12. "At the time of the collision, Defendant was having sex with a female."
Paragraph13. "At the time of the collision, Defendant was driving admittedly drunk."
Paragraph 14. "At the time of the accident, Defendant was partially or totally in the backseat of the car."

Ok, enough of my sarcasm. Heard on the radio that the passenger was his friend who just got back after serving 3 tours in the military, and was a Navy SEAL. Ive joked, but the fact his stupidity cost the life of another disgusts me. Ive called him a Jackass, but in reality, hes an ignorant asshole. I feel no sympathy for him, but for those around him, and the family who just got their Son/Relative back. Thats the true tragedy in this. But thats just my opinion.

At the speed he was going, there were other forms of skid marks too
One would say he was try to make that turn off going at the supposed 130 MPH speed and just messed up.
Now If you look to the left of the main skid marks there are more, and look fresh and than they stop. those arent semi truck skid marks as I own 3 semis and know what they look like. could he have been playing chicken with another car? those other skid marks no one is talking about.

Well, I was refering to the skid marks in his pants But if the other skid marks was from the same time, then it was another car in his lane. But its hard to determine anything with that view. He couldve been horse playing on tha road, doing burnouts and shit, cause if Im seeing right, aint there marks on the other lane too?

that is what im talking about....the skid marks on the left. looks like he could have been playing chicken and bailed to the right, or someone was in his lane and he was avoiding an accident.

yeah i can see that maybe the person stopped hard & he swirved to avoid the rearend collision but if he was going 130+ he only had a second to go right & come back without doing what he did.....
