Howard and CB Gilbert might get me to pull off the 2-14 narrative.

Right now I see probably injuires to Goldman/McPhee/Floyd, one CB, one CB underperforms, RB Howard goes down and this team would be completely worthless and dysfunctional.

As it is, we will never keep up with Fox/Loggains game planning and calling plays first 4 weeks.

Depending on when it happens, Pace could cut Houston and save between $5-6m. For a 29 year old coming of two ACLs, that is a lot of money. I'd say it's 50/50 whether he comes back.

Were not against the cap, so why cut Houston now? Let him come into camp and see if we need him before you cut him.

I can think of 8 million reasons, myself. The Bears can always roll over the cap space to next year. Imo, if the Bears find anything close to fill Houston's roll, they will cut him. Robertson-Harris could be that guy, imo, if he takes a step this year.
