I think it will be the most McCaskey thing possible because that is their "glory days" to relive, and I am going to keep this going until it becomes a rumor that gets reported upon in some slackjaw's sports blog.

"Don’t bother guessing the right coach based on their qualifications. That ultimately won’t be what lands the job in Chicago. It will be who delivers the best interview."

No wonder, Nagy is a master at story telling, Pace, Georgie and Ted fell in love.. It does not take much to impress those..

Why in hell would anyone listen to Jerry Angelo? Probably even worse than Ryan Pace as a GM, and that's saying something.

Yes, they were both incompetent and it's a hard choice as to which one was worse.
I'll take the one who was here when the Bears made a Superbowl.

We aren't looking for him to be the next GM.

But as someone who has worked for the Bears, he actually has good insight to give into why the hiring practices have not worked thus far.

If they really are ignoring accomplishment and going strictly off interviews, then it finally explains one of the major breakdowns in terms of the Chicago Bears organization and the ability to hire a good head coach or GM.
