Boozer is the third or fourth best big depending on how you see Lee. The reason Boozer opted in was because he didn't think he could get 12 mill a year. I don't think its a forgone conclusion that he gets money. Three other allstar bigs that were picked when he wasn't will hit the market. Don't forget Utah has big money in Milsap and thinks of him as the future. They also tried to trade Utah at the begining of the year. He isn't loved in Utah and I think they will go another way.

I wouldn't say that. I'm not expecting an allstar but he can still play. He'd be great as a third option. I am also worried that Bron will go to NY with another big time player, why else would they pay so much to dump jj. It looks like there has been tampering imo. That really scares me.

I don't know, I just think Boozer would see himself as being as good as player as Joe Johnson and wonder why JJ should be paid 50% more than he is. We saw it with Gordon/Deng, it's a matter of pride that you don't want to take a contract from a team when you see them give a bigger contract to someone else you think you're as good as.

If LeBron wants to go to New York he goes there. I don't think anyone is going to be able to make tampering allegations stick. Especially since LeBron in new York would be great for the league. LeBron playing with another genuine all-star is the problem for everyone, unless maybe Howard and Durant team up or something it's going to be pretty hard to beat that team.

could imagine if the thunder traded westbrook for cp3, i'm not sure you could build a better team. all they would need is a legitimate defensive center and role players( fill the remaining roster spots with shooters and get pf/c) .

cp3/mario chalmers
harden/sefolosha/mike miller
durant/ mike miller/sefolosha/
green//ibaka/camby/
joahkimnoah-lite/Camby /krytic

Why would it be great for the league? I think the league has been going along just fine without the Knicks being a factor. I think LeBron anywhere is good for the league, not just NY.

I've talked about it several times. I don't buy into this big market myth that outlets like ESPN continue to ram down our throats.

As for the Ben Gordon thing, I think Gordon should have got the max from the Bulls. I think the Bulls should offer Noah to the Pistons to bring back Gordon. ;)

The league would clearly benefit from having its best player in its biggest market. Adding a contender to NY would be huge, they could do so much better.

And no one likes a smart ass :p
