If true and his account was hacked, I am sure Howard would have addressed Bears fans and media to reassure them that he was not the one who deleted his Instagram pics and his account was hacked. I doubt he would just let fans think that it was him if it wasnt.

I could be wrong, but we're not getting Barkley anyway. If anything ships Howard out, it'll be a trade for pick to be used on rookie RB & restart of the rookie pay scale clock.
