Apple's and oranges...mierda man. They would have been perfect combo. If Lovie had Howard he would have bulldozed. Howard is what that fucker from Texas was supposed to be..that idiot Bensen? I need to forget...top 10 pick vs a 5th rounder. In 3 drafts Pace has cleaned Angelo's clock.

Whitehair - OL Angelo could never get
Jackson and Amos - compare to Conte and Wright
Cohen - OMG!
Goldman - Angelo did draft Tommie H.
Trubs - compare to Grossman
Floyd...?
Kiwi..(the Polish kid)

And 2018 was a killer draft

Smith
Daniels
Miller...

Hopefully Howard can give Forte a run for his money, but for now it is Forte by a mile. Forte was elite.

Howard is on a fast Pace to surpass Forte. His early numbers are much better and his situation is now better. Young QB and Off HC. I'm going with Howard.

Howard is better at running hard between the tackles. Forte was better at outside running and finding space, cut backs, and obviously receiving by a lot.

Forte the better player overall but Howard is a great downhill volume back and could be the perfect player to wear down the clock and the opposing defense in the second half if this offense scores how we hope it will. Forte wouldn't have been as good a fit for that role.

I love them both, probably my two favorite 21st century Bears on offense so far.

I would say Howard is the better runner, Forte is the better receiver, and they are both damn good in pass protection.

Thank you...your counterpoint has deluted and enlightened my rant. More reason to be disappointed in Lovie for taking drafting away from Angelo after the SB appearance.

Howard has the potential to beat Forte's rushing stats, but Forte played for a long ass time. That's not an easy thing to do. Not sure if we're comparing just Bears careers or total career, but I have a feeling Howard will only play out his rookie deal for the Bears and he'll be gone.
