It would be the same legal battle they are having in Toronto. The business is considered an "adult entertainment" venue. Nothing illegal, but most cities have strict zoning laws where these places can set up shop. Toronto's zoning laws apparently only allow for these adult establishments to operate in "industrial" areas...so the problem is not the business itself, but the location. So their lease was revoked.
My guess is they will find a new location and embrace this whole battle as a fantastic source of free advertisement.

It's legal to purchase the dolls or rent them . But look at all the adult book stores, soon these places will be offering this service i bet, if they don't already.
