He's a decent RB who's only production (college and pros) can in a Chip Kelly system. He's a good system fit, but that doesn't mean he'll transulate to what the Bears are asking of their RBs.

Oregon would not even be in the top 10 schools that produce RB over the past 10 years. Stewart and Blount have been solid RB, but they are far from elite. This reminds me of the skit Louie CK does about our misuse of words like awesome, elite, super ect. Varner will probably be a decent pro, but I think Langford has a better all around game.

Barber is no doubt very talented but he wouldn't produce nearly as well elsewhere! Chip Kelly is nuts but an offensive genius! He doesn't really need huge names, it's his system that works and works well regardless of who he puts in there!

Most of Barner's biggest plays are coming from kick/punt returns. That is where he makes his money at. I don't think there is a Chip Kelly system for special teams.
