Same with Jeffery. The Fans love to blame Pace but Free Agency is just that. It's not just high bidder. It's one aspect of these supper high payrolls that goes overlooked. They want the money for obvious reasons including rep on the pecking order but whether they get 10 or 11 million a year will not change any aspect of their lives.

You have to pay substantially more in Chicago than you do in Florida due to Illinois' high tax rate. 5 Million in Chicago is substantially less than 5 million in Florida.
