It's an open faced turkey sandwich with bubbly mornay or cheese gravysauce or with bacon and tomato on top. (toasted white bread, sliced roast turkey, sliced tomato, gravysauce, little parm, broiled till bubbly then garnished with a couple strips of bacon. I like 'em.
