Kevin Love is just as defensively bad as Boozer!

Love is not scoring 27 a game on a team with Derrick Rose. Unlike Love, Melo does not need Rose to get his and that is what the Bullls need.

But he will score at least 23 with Derrick Rose. Do you not see it? Love is not some earth bound klutz who depends on others feeding him the ball. He is a great offensive talent. Give him Noah and Rose to pass to him and he will light things up.

There is no way Love would have put up those numbers on a team with Rose. Deng, Gibson and Noah. You have no guarantee that Love would be used the same way under Thibs. Love still needs someone to pass him the ball. It is all about fit and usage. You tell me why Boozer didn't put up the same numbers that he did in Utah. It is the same reason Chris Bosh does not put up the same numbers in Miami that he did in Toronto. He is on a better team and is not the focal point, same as Boozer. They both fill different roles. Can anyone honestly project Love as a true No.1 option on a championship team when he can't get Minnesota to the playoffs at least once? If so, please explain. Honestly, I think Chris Bosh is a better all around fit. Bosh can give the Bulls everything Love does and he can defend.

I think that you really undervalue Love. He is one of the top four or five offensive players in the NBA. As for Minnesota, put them in the east and they are a play-off team. The West is loaded with good teams. As for Bosh being better than Love, that is not even close to true. Bosh isn't nearly the offensive talent that Love is offensively.
