Until this season, I couldn't really agree with you that he sucked beyond the last 2 minutes of a game.

Kirk always got more grief than he deserved by Bulls' fans... until this season. He's absolutely terrible now.

The good thing is that Rose and Butler sat, and Kirk only played 12 minutes. That's a good sign.

^^^ This. I've been saying Kirk sucks all season. This, however, doesn't mean I'm a Kirk hater, I've been a Kirk fan in the past. Personally, if I were Thib's, I'd shelf Kirk for most of the regular season. Let him rest, get healthy, re-evaluate, and hopefully he can give some quality defensive minutes in the playoffs.
I'd give Moore and McD all his minutes to get them ready for the playoffs, if needed then. 15 minutes/game for both of them, and they could actually help in the playoffs, imo. McD could actually be a weapon in the playoffs with his 3 pt ability.

This is comical. So he didn't suck overall because he didn't suck for five minutes of Monday and Thursday night games and the rest of the time he did?

Clone basically said that Hinrich has sucked this year, but in the past 4 seasons he sucked the first half of the season and I said at the end of games, then you came in and we're laughing at him for saying that he didn't suck the first 5 minutes of Monday/Thursday game, which Clone didn't say at all.. I don't get how you came to that conclusion.

He was being so specific about when he doesn't suck and I parodied that by saying all but 5 minutes on Monday and Wednesday. Sorry but the guys bad...and has been for a while. I don't care about all these very specific and small instances that he's not. And what's even more sad about it is to consider how readily they'd let better players walk but, for some reason, want to throw money at Hinrich. Perhaps those guys management have chosen to forego signing were more expensive but Hinrich is hardly cheap, especially in relative terms.

It is just too bad that Kirk has been allowed to become a fucking joke like he is. He really doesn't deserve it from a person standpoint. That is the Bulls fault. He was pretty much done four years ago as a capable player for limited minutes. But when they re-signed this guy they made a big time mistake. They had options including using their 2nd round pick on a point guard that they could develop. I really would like to know who really campaigned for Hinrich to be signed for two years of all things. As befits my disdain for Paxson, I'm gonna blame him

I think that it is the opposite. He got way too much credit by Bull's fans. They admired his "grit" which he had which he does have. But that is all he has ever had. He never could shoot. He never was a play maker. He was a fairly good defender but not against quick guards.

I agree with this 100%...he had a decent career and will be with the Bulls organization for years to come. I am a Hinrich fan but this is really bad.
