Doubtful he comes here over Commanders when Quinn is a new coach and Flus was perceived to be on hot seat.

We got Waldron likely because he had no other offers that offered more job security.

Kliff worries me because he did so bad at Arizona and Texas Tech. I know he's doing great now and that a coach can grow and get better, but I'm still hesitant on him. And big no to Lincoln Riley, too.

I'm not the biggest fan of his offense but he's shown he can develop a QB.

Kingsbury would probably be my No 1 choice as he has HC experience and knowd how to develop a young QB.

For all the Ben Johnson talk he is working with a vet QB not a young guy so unknown how he is from a QB development standpoint.

Bobby Slowik has shown he develop a QB and be a successful playcaller with Stroud but he has raised in Green Bay as a Packers fan.

Stroud and that texans offense looks like shit too when their OL is getting beat. (Texans Game, Jets Game)

Thats why the waldron hate is overblown, he's making some dumb decisions but there isnt many OC's who would have a great offense with how poor this OL and QB are playing.
