Wow. It's pretty crazy how near identical all those shots were. Pretty cool video.

I bet some of those plays are seen throughout NBA's superstars, but the timing seems to be very similar also.

Not on Kobe's best day and Jordan's worst day is Kobe even in the same league as Michael Jordan. I've seen both of their entire careers and that is my opinion.

Somehow, I knew this thread was going to get turned into this. Maybe try watching the video first, before you start a topic within a topic. :)

Kobe is the only player today that I would consider to be mentioned in the same breath as Michael Jordan.

Someone had a lot of time on his hands sifting through all the 20000 shots between the two players

No, Jordan was several towers above where Kobe is. More dominant on both sides of the ball, and mentally superior.

Sorry, Jordan scored far more points, on far less shots...multiple scoring titles to Kobe's 1. Kobe played with the best big men of his era, Jordan with no dominant big dominated the League in the single greatest era of big men.

Hell Jordan win a scoring title, and DPOY in the same season.

Great video. Kobe is the nearest player to Jordan. But he is not equal.

Great video. Certainly don't want to get into a Kobe/Jordan debate especially not on a Chicago board but to me Kobe is the only one who can even be mentioned in the same breath. Just two great players.

Jordan was a much better finisher at the rim than Bryant. He could jump higher, had bigger hands, and his fade-away's even were more impressive.

I did. Watched it first and then commented. Stop ASSuming. Like I said, it is my opinion. Watching this video just showed how Kobe copied MJ, nothing more. They aren't equals and never will be. And the statement said as the video ended about Kobe finishing as the GOAT is complete bullshit and shows the agenda of the video.

Saying Kobe is the only player that can be mentioned in the same breath as Jordan is an insult to Jordan.

rofl. Sorry, that statement made me chuckle a bit.

SO YOU'RE SAYING... Before every game, Kobe would sit in the locker room watching old MJ film, and pick which moves of his he wants to copy, then go out and do it?

Seems Kobe is pretty good at this copycat thing.

No. But it is no secret that Kobe copied MJ's game and damn near everything about MJ down tot he way he spoke. The way he walked, shot, dribbled, shot FT's, everything. So it's not hard to find shots where Kobe looks like Jordan on the floor since his WHOLE ENTIRE GAME is patterned after Jordan.

Please stop being dense.
