I understand the love for him and the job he has done as Baltimore's OC this year. He is a great offensive coordinator but I think that's as far as it goes. Kubiak was not very good in Houston despite having some serious talent in those last few years.

Kubiak and Elway go back to their rookie years in the NFL together both with the Broncos. This seemed inevitable and if,it winds up blowing up in Elway's face things will be quite interesting.

As an ASU fan I'm still not convinced Brock Osweiler is the future in Denver.
