Yes and no. There are a lot of things that point to the Cubs severely underperforming right now still, but if the expectation was that this team would miss the postseason for the fifth straight season than yes.

Buster Olney says the Cubs are already swapping names with teams for trades. The FO has def. put up the white flag this year. I dont care what anyone says but if the Cubs dont come out with some form of a core players than this season was worst then the first one. As of right now, it looks highly probable it is going to happen.

Good to see Garza pitch a nice game. He is all heart and loves playing here. If he is traded, I hope the Cubs can get more than a couple prospects who may pan out in a few+ years. Don't sell him short Theo.
